A four-car class 116 DMU is seen passing the signal box at Litchfield City station on 26 May 1990.
Redditch station is at the end of a single track branch from Barnt Green and forms the southern terminus for
the frequent Cross-City service via Birmingam to Litchfield. This picture was taken on 30 May 1987 before electrification.
This picture was taken from the end of the platform at Stourbridge Junction station and shows single -car unit no.55032
approaching with the shuttle service from Stourbridge Town on 13 January 1990.

56 058 is seen passing the engineers sidings at Sutton Park on the Walsall to Water Orton freight-only line on 2
August 1991.
50 004 is seen passing through Bescot station light-engine on 4 September 1986, after having worked a train from Paddington through to
Wolverhampton.
EMU no. 304 035 is seen arriving at Bescot Station on 13 January 1990. At weekends, the sidings in the background were full of stabled
locos which proved all too tempting for spotters who were regulary chased away by Transport Police!
A tanker train hauled by a blue class 31 is seen entering Bescot station
from the Walsall direction on 1st September 1986. At this time, all timetabled
passenger trains ran to Walsall and the Wolverhampton route to the left of the
picture was used only for freight or diverted passenger trains.
This picture was taken at Rugeley on 2 August 1991. The power station is in the background and the train is heading north.
